RIMOWA introduced its electronic luggage tag through a retail demonstration. The installation needed to explain digital check-in, baggage identification, tracking, security features clearly within a compact display.

The experience had to combine a physical suitcase with projected visuals. Alignment, reflections, viewing angle, ambient lighting, equipment access required careful control.

We designed a single-view hologram enclosure around the RIMOWA suitcase. Animated sequences demonstrated flight check-in, electronic tagging, luggage identification, drop-off procedures. Custom structure, optics, display content were developed as one integrated system.

The hologram transformed technical product features into a clear visual demonstration. Visitors could understand the electronic tag process without operating the luggage directly.
