Context

The Lofter needed a showroom display to present the location value of East Kowloon, including nearby districts, transport networks, and future connectivity. The installation combined a physical city model with projection content and a front control panel.

Challenge

The challenge was aligning projection content accurately across a physical city model and vertical screen. Location, transport, and district information had to remain readable while visitors switched content through the control panel.

Approach

We developed the concept, storyboard, animation, video editing, playback program, system design, hardware production, and on-site installation. Visitors could use the control panel to switch between location stories, district highlights, and transportation information.

Impact

The final platform turned a residential location pitch into an interactive spatial presentation. By combining a physical model, mapped projection, and guided control panel, the showroom could explain East Kowloon’s infrastructure and connectivity more directly.
