Context

Regal Hotel needed a cake projection mapping system for banquet and wedding use. Unlike a fixed installation, the platform had to support daily operation across different banquet rooms and venue layouts.

Challenge

The main challenge was projecting onto a full-size wedding cake within a very short throw distance. The platform also needed to stay movable, reliable, and flexible enough for both 180-degree and 360-degree banquet-room setups.

Approach

We developed the concept, hardware design, projection setup, animation content, and on-site installation. The movable platform was designed for quick transport between banquet rooms, with projection content that could be updated remotely for different events.

Impact
