Star Property needed a showroom presentation for The Rainbow, a residential project connected to Long Ping Station and the surrounding district. The platform combined an upper storytelling screen with a lower physical masterplan map, allowing visitors to understand location, transport access, and project value through one integrated display.

The key challenge was building a projection platform that could be relocated to different showroom locations. The system had to keep the projection alignment accurate across the upper screen and lower masterplan map, while remaining stable, serviceable, and clear for sales-led presentation.

We developed the concept, storyboard, animation content, projection setup, masterplan map production, and on-site installation. The system used mapped projection across the vertical screen and physical model surface, with keypad control allowing visitors or sales staff to select different location, transport, and project information sequences.

The final platform turned the residential masterplan into an interactive showroom presentation. Instead of relying only on printed plans or verbal explanation, the display helped visitors understand The Rainbow’s geographic position, station access, transport network, and surrounding district value more directly.
