Context

For a LINE-themed event, visitors could take headshots, select avatars, add greeting words, then send the personalized result into a 360° projection room.

Challenge

The challenge was creating a seamless 360-degree projection room within a limited event footprint, using only four projectors. The real-time photo capture, avatar selection, greeting input, and projection playback also had to run smoothly as one connected visitor flow.

Approach

We designed the projection layout, built the immersive room, developed the tablet interaction flow, and connected the photo capture system to real-time projection playback.

Impact

The installation turned personal photos into animated projection content, creating a playful event experience that visitors could also download as a gift.
