Context

McKinsey used this life-size hologram for an exhibition display introducing a new service. The hologram presented a human-scale virtual assistant, creating a more direct and memorable way to communicate the service concept to visitors.

Challenge

The key challenge was making the digital presenter feel clear, credible, and natural at life size. The filmed talent, interface graphics, animation, and hologram playback had to stay visually balanced without becoming noisy or difficult to follow.

Approach

We developed the concept, storyboard, video shooting plan, animation content, hologram display setup, hardware assembly, and on-site installation. The presenter was designed as a virtual assistant, supported by interface graphics that explained the service in a structured sequence.

Impact

The final installation turned a service introduction into a human-scale exhibition experience. Instead of relying on printed panels or standard video playback, the hologram created a focused presenter-led moment that helped visitors understand the new service more quickly.
