Context

Guiltless needed an attention-grabbing attraction for a fashion pop-up opening. The goal was not only visual impact, but also visitor participation, registration, prize redemption, and data capture.

Challenge

The machine needed to feel playful, but still support a working campaign system. Visitor registration, code entry, tablet control, game mechanics, prize handling, lighting, and on-site operation all needed to connect smoothly.

Approach

We developed a custom oversized crane machine with a digital registration flow. Visitors entered their details, received a game code, played the crane game, and interacted with the brand through a physical retail experience.

Impact

The activation turned a pop-up visit into a playful data-driven experience. It attracted attention, encouraged participation, supported prize engagement, and helped the client collect visitor information during the campaign.
