This projection mapping project was created for Leo Paper Group’s 40th anniversary event. A paper cake structure, around 1 x 1 x 1 m, became the main projection surface for a celebratory visual moment.

The project required a compact but accurate mapping setup. The stepped cake structure had multiple flat surfaces, edges, and depth changes, so the content needed to align clearly across all tiers using one 6500 lm projector.

We handled storyboard development, visual content preparation, projection mapping, testing, calibration, and installation. The full process was completed within 30 days, from concept to event setup.

The paper cake became a dynamic anniversary feature, combining physical structure, projected animation, and event storytelling into one focused celebration moment.
