Hong Kong Airport Authority needed an interactive display to showcase BIM information for airport infrastructure. The project used a hologram kiosk with tablet navigation, allowing visitors to explore complex structural and facility data through a spatial 3D presentation.
The key challenge was real-time performance. The hologram system had to display detailed airport infrastructure models smoothly while remaining stable, responsive, and easy for visitors to navigate through the tablet interface.
We designed and built the hologram display system, prepared the 3D visual content, developed the interactive program, assembled the hardware, and completed on-site installation. The tablet interface allowed visitors to navigate BIM information while the hologram presented the selected infrastructure model.
The final installation translated technical BIM information into a public-facing interactive experience. Instead of relying on static drawings or flat screens, the hologram helped visitors understand airport infrastructure through spatial visualization, real-time interaction, and guided exploration.
