Context

Mason Healthcare required a 360-degree immersive room for its clinic in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The approximately 600-square-foot environment was designed as a flexible space that could support children’s activities, meetings, presentations, and waiting-room functions.

Challenge

The room needed to support several different uses without changing its physical setup. Ten projectors had to create a continuous visual environment across curved walls and the floor, while remaining simple for clinic staff to operate.

Approach

We planned the projection layout using eight wall projectors and two floor projectors to create a full-room visual experience. A tablet-based control system allowed staff to switch between scenes, adjust display functions, and manage the environment without technical assistance.

Impact

The installation transformed a single clinic room into a flexible multi-purpose environment. Staff could quickly change the atmosphere for children’s play, meetings, presentations, or waiting, extending the room’s functional value through immersive media.
